Set up Authy using a personal email address rather than an Oxford one if possible. Once you have set up as many installations of Authy as you require, turn off Multi-Device to keep your account secure. You can then use this to authorise any new installations of Authy you make without needing to use a phone call or text message AUTHY DESKTOP PORTABLE
If you plan to set up multiple installations of Authy, set up the first one on a portable device if you have one. Mobile users can also secure their account with a PIN number AUTHY DESKTOP PASSWORD
If you have both a master password (required to open Authy) and a token backup password make sure you are using the correct one. Authy offers the option to add several layers of password protection.This process takes 2-4 business days, and Authy may require further information from you If you lose access to the phone number you used to set up Authy and no longer have access to your Authy account, you can recover it through Authy’s recovery portal.Go to Settings > General then select your phone number to edit it Changing your Authy phone number can be done within the app.Authy codes cannot work if the time and date settings on your device aren’t properly synchronised.
This means you can use Authy to authenticate your Oxford SSO account on new devices without having to set them up through My Sign Ins again Make sure you back up your tokens on your Authy account using the token backup feature.Your Oxford Nexus 365 account is now linked across devices.Type in your back-up password and select Decrypt Account.
A pop-up will appear reading This account is encrypted.Click on the red padlock beside the Nexus 365 account.The screen on your secondary screen will become populated with your Nexus 365 account.Type in "OK" as prompted and click Confirm Device.
On your primary device a notification will ask you to confirm the second device. Your secondary device will read Waiting for Approval. AUTHY DESKTOP VERIFICATION
A pop-up will appear reading Get Verification Via. Once the Authy app reloads, the option to enter your phone number should appear Click Authy Desktop in the Authy app toolbar and select log out and reset device from the drop-drop menu. If the option to enter your phone number does not appear, go to step 13, otherwise go to step 14 Open the Authy app on your second device and enter the phone number linked to your original account as prompted. Keep the Authy app on your primary device open. Re-enter the password and click Confirm. Open the Authy app on your primary device. Once you have set-up Authy on your primary device, as explained above, the multi-device feature allows you to synchronise your Nexus 365 token with your other devices. Multi-device is a feature of the Authy app which enables you to authenticate your Single Sign-On (SSO) across several devices. These are instructions for setting up the Authy multi-device feature for desktop and mobile as a verification method for multi-factor authentication (MFA). You may be required to enter your SSO information and complete your MFA process. End the phone call and enter the pin on the screen The automated voice will read out a 4-digit code, up to three times. If you choose Phone Call, you will receive an automated phone call. If you choose SMS, you will receive a text message with a 6-digit pin which you need to enter in the box on the screen. Choose whether to verify by SMS or Phone Call 
The Account Verification screen will display. This does not have to be your Oxford email address In the email field, enter a contact email address which can be used to contact you should you ever lose access to your Twilio Authy Account. Tap the Cellphone number area and enter the telephone number. When you have found the Country, tap it to select it. AUTHY DESKTOP CODE
Tap the Code area and search for the Country to which the phone number you want to enter is registered (+44 for United Kingdom) You need to enter a telephone number for verification purposes.Go to the App Store/Play Store on your mobile device.
